What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Direct Bank Transfer.

What currency are your prices?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please use the currency converter for estimation and should be used for informational purposes only.

What is the best way to contact you?

Do you restock your products?
In order to keep our items exclusive, we produce limited quantity. Once an item sells out, we generally do not restock but may have similar style in the following collection.

Will I fit into a free size garment?
Our one size garments are items that are meant to be free flowing or adjustable. If you wear a size small to large, these items will generally fit you. Please check our measurements.

Do you make custom orders?
We currently do not offer this service. However, if the requirement is minimal, we may be able to do so. Please email us at info@shopchiyo.com

How do I change my order after it’s been processed?
Inform us as soon as possible at info@shopchiyo.com
Once something has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.

How do I cancel an order?

Once order is shipped, we can no longer cancel and refund an order.

Did my order go through?
Technical issues do happen once in awhile, don’t fret, just inform us at info@shopchiyo.com and we’ll have a look on our end. If you need additional help ordering, email us the items you’d like to purchase and we can set up a custom order for you.

How do I view/track my order?
You can do so by logging into MY ACCOUNT on our website.

How do I use my coupon code?
You can enter your coupon code in your shopping cart, or at the checkout page just above the billing address
