We provide worldwide shipping to selected countries from our warehouse in Malaysia.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders from South east Asia region will take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive. Others may vary between 7 to 15 business days.
Express delivery will take anywhere from 2-5 business days.
What are the shipping rates?
For Australia and South East Asia: FREE SHIPPING
For Everywhere Else (US/UK/Japan/Korea/Taiwan/HK/NZ): Flat rate shipping fee of AUD$10 (standard delivery) or AUD$20 (express delivery)
Items are shipped via registered airmail.
Something is missing from my order.

What about custom fees?
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. We will label shipments as gifts if so requested.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We will accept returns of items in their original condition with packaging within 7 days of receipt (based on shipment tracking). Items must not to be worn, altered or washed. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Please note that you will bear the return shipping cost, we strongly recommend for you to use registered post.
How do I return/exchange?

2) We will provide the Return Form and advise on shipping address
3) Refund will be issued immediately in the form of store credit once we’ve received and inspect the items
