Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds unless items are damaged or incorrectly packed by us. Please notify within 7 days via FB/IG @shopchiyo or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We allow size, colour or style exchanges except for custom orders.To be eligible for an exchange, items have to be unused and unwashed with original tags attached.
Cost of item (excluding shipping) can be exchanged with item of same value or higher.If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will not refund the difference. If the exchanged item is of higher value, customer will have to pay the difference.
Customers are responsible for the returning and re-delivery costs of the item unless they opt for self pick up.
Once we receive the items in good order and payment for re-delivery, we will proceed to dispatch the exchange piece.
Please notify us within 7 days to arrange for the exchanged via FB/IG @shopchiyo or email us at email@example.com with the order number.
Exchanges can be done by
-Self pick up at our Studio (Cyberjaya)
-Registered mail (return and re-delivery costs to be borne by the customer)
-Grab/Lalamove (return and re-delivery costs to be borne by the customer)
